Robert Harrsion, Ph. D.

An expert in bridging quantum physics, photonics, and intellectual property law. With an academic foundation from Oxford University and a doctorate in quantum physics and optics from Sheffield University, he combines deep technical insight with legal expertise to support the commercialization of innovations. He helps startups, research institutions, and industry leaders navigate complex IP frameworks to protect and valorise deep technologies. Additionally, as a board member of the European Quantum Industry Consortium (QuIC), he plays significant role in protecting intellectual property and accelerating the growth of Europe’s next-generation quantum infrastructure.
