PhotonQBoost Open Call for Matching Mission to Poland

The visit will be held in Warsaw, Poland, from 21 to 23 October 2025.

Applications are first screened to confirm they meet the following basic requirements: 

• All mandatory fields are completed, and documents are correctly uploaded in English.

• The SME is legally established in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country.

• The SME has been registered for at least 6 months before the OC deadline.

• The organisation qualifies as an SME under EU rules (fewer than 250 employees and turnover ≤ €50M or balance sheet ≤ €43M).

• Only one application is allowed per SME. Each participating team may consist of up to two members. The grant is a fixed lump sum per SME, regardless of the number of team members involved.

• Applicants must not be consortium partners affiliates, or subcontractors.

No, this call is specifically for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises).

Entities legally established in Poland (the hosting country) are not eligible to receive funding under this Open Call. However, they may still apply to participate in the mission at their own expense. In such cases, selection will be based on their Expression of Interest, and the final decision on participation will be made by the host organization.

The mission provides a flat-rate grant of €610 per SME to cover travel and accommodation for up to two team members.

The submission deadline is fixed and final. Late applications will not be accepted.
